Love it, hate it, read it, ignore it. I don’t and won’t care. I’ll post when I want and what I want, usually semi coherent miscellaneous ramblings from a bachelor about food and my experiences in the kitchen. The word smithing and photography will be of suspect quality.
I tried a bit of this Spanish grenache the other night. As with most grenache’s, the tannins are not very present so it makes for one smooth sippin’ wine. It’s about $12.99 at Sigels.It gets the job done!
